Order processing

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 48 hours Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. We will send you an order confirmation by email and the information to track your package. You can follow your shipment online at www.postescanada.ca

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, Canada. Deliveries do not include signature upon reception. If you have any questions about shipping and handling, please contact us.

Our delivery times are:

Regional: 2-3 days (Quebec and Ontario)

National: 2-7 days (from a Canadian city to another Canadian city ex: MTL-Vancouver)

USA: 4 to 10 working days, depending on the region. Shipments for the United States will be shipped via Canada Post and its American partners. US customs generally apply brokerage fees to shipments, which are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid to the U.S. Post Office. Please contact us to make an US order.
