Return Policy:

 

We hope you enjoy our products! But if you wish to return an order, here is our quick and simple returns procedure.

 

Return conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. The postmark as proof of the date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags intact. To avoid any risk of refusal or charges, we ask you to inspect your garment to verify that it does not contain animal hair or lint, traces of deodorant or odor. Please take care to remove them inside and out before returning them.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

Free delivery: 

  • Free delivery on all purchases over $100. If you return the entire item or keep it for less than $100, $11.99 + taxes will be deducted from your refund.

Return fees: 

  • An amount of $11.99 plus taxes will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs, including the prepaid label that will be sent to you.

Promotions, sales and final sale:

  • Items ending in $.99 are final sales ; they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.  

  • If you are returning one or more items and you benefited from a promotion during the purchase (e.g. $20 off/$125 purchase, Buy an item at regular price the 2nd is 50% off, etc. ) it is likely that you will lose the privilege related to the promotion when processing the return.

  • Additional markdown promotion items (e.g. extra 20% off sales, end of season sales) are final sales and are not eligible for exchange, refund, credit note or price adjustment.
  • For hygiene and health reasons, all masks, underwear and accessories are considered final sale.

    Return procedure:

    1. Complete the return form . Go to our platform to complete the return form within the 14-day period following receipt of your order.
    2. Prepare your package: Include your order number and contact details in the package for easy tracking. Preferably use our original packaging bag (or any other packaging) and close the bag with the adhesive strip provided.
    3. Return the package :
    • Drop off the package at the Canada Post service point closest to you.

    • Returns can be made directly to our workshop-boutique in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

    • A prepaid Canada Post label will be sent to you. Please use this label to put on your package. Note that a fee of $11.99 plus taxes will be deducted from your reimbursement to cover this service.

    Refunds:

    • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed and confirmed on your payment method.
    • If the items do not return in the same condition as when delivered, we reserve the right to deduct a service and handling fee of $7.99 plus taxes from your refund.
