We hope you enjoy our products! But if you wish to return an order, here is our quick and simple returns procedure.

Return conditions:

  • You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return the items. The postmark as proof of the date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags intact. To avoid any risk of refusal, we ask you to inspect your garment to verify that it does not contain animal hair or lint, traces of deodorant or odor. Please take care to remove them inside and out before returning them. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

To make your return:

  • Complete the returns form available on our platform during this period.

  • Include your order number and contact details in the package for easy tracking. No other documents are required.

  • We recommend reusing our packaging bag, but any other type of packaging is accepted. Use the tape inside the bag to seal it and remove the old shipping labels.

  • Returns can be made directly to our workshop-boutique in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

  • Visit a shipping center of your choice to send the package. Return delivery costs are at your expense and are non-refundable. To better protect the merchandise and ensure a smooth return, please inquire with Canada Post regarding Liability Coverage. Make sure you always get a tracking number for your return. Without this number, you will not be able to trace your package in the event of loss and we will not be able to issue a refund.

Holiday return policy:

  • Orders placed from November 15 and received until January 2 can be returned until January 15. Normal 14 day policy applies to orders received after January 3rd.


Policy on sales:

  • If you are returning one or more items and you benefited from a promotion during the purchase (e.g. $20 off/$125 purchase, Buy an item at regular price the 2nd is 50% off, etc. ) it is likely that you will lose the privilege related to the promotion when processing the return.

  • FINAL SALE items (with special prices ending in $.99) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. ****Additional markdown promotion items (e.g. extra 20% off sales, end of season sales) are final sales and are not eligible for exchange, refund, credit note or adjustment of price. ***For hygiene and health reasons, all masks, underwear and accessories are considered final sale.


  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed and confirmed on your payment method. In the event that the clothing does not return in the same condition as when delivered, we reserve the right to deduct a service and handling fee of $7.99 plus taxes from your refund.
  • In the case of a return we will do our best to process your request quickly. A delivery fee of $12 plus taxes will be withheld from your refund if the order you are returning falls below the $100 threshold and you did not pay delivery fees.
