Message Factory purchases made in-store or online can be returned within 10 days of the date of purchase or receipt for an exchange or refund. The postmark as proof of the date.

Items that have been worn, washed, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. All original tags must be attached.

To avoid any risk of refusal, we ask you to inspect your garment to check that it does not contain animal hair or lint, traces of deodorant or odor. Please take care to remove them inside and out before returning them.

If you have multiple items of clothing to exchange or return from the same order, you must send them all together. Only one free return per order.

RETURN HOLIDAY PERIOD:

We will be happy to accept returns until January 10 for clothing purchased as a gift. Purchases in November may be exchanged or receive a credit note. Purchases in December may be refunded. Your package must be shipped before January 10 to guarantee your refund. No price adjustments will be accepted.

If you wish to make an exchange for a different size, color or style, we invite you to request a return, select “exchange” and comment on the desired item. The requested item will be shipped free of charge upon receipt of your return. If it is no longer available by the time we process your request, you may be offered an alternative or a refund.

SALES POLICY

• If you return one or more items and you benefited from a promotion during the purchase (e.g. $20 off/$125 purchase, Buy an item at regular price the 2nd is 50% off, etc. .) it is likely that you will lose the privilege related to the promotion when processing the return.

• FINAL SALE items (with special prices ending in $.99) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. ****Additional markdown promotion items (e.g. extra 20% off sales, end of season sales) are final sales and are not eligible for exchange, refund, credit or adjustment of price. ****

For hygiene and health reasons, all masks, underwear and accessories are considered final sale.

REFUND

The refund will be made when the garment is processed at our warehouse. In the event that the clothing does not return in the same condition as when delivered, we reserve the right to deduct a service and handling fee of $7.99 plus taxes from your refund.

In the case of a return we will do our best to process your request quickly. A delivery fee of $12 plus taxes will be withheld from your refund if the order you are returning falls below the $100 threshold and you had not paid delivery fees. Your return remains free.

 

TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN CANADA (INTERNATIONAL CONTACT US)

1. Go to the returns section, you will need your order number to complete the request. Select all items to return or exchange and provide the reason for the return.

2.We will send you the return label to print. No item will be refunded without authorization.

3.Carefully place the items you wish to return in the recycled poly bag in which they were previously delivered.

4.Use the unused sealing strip to close the bag and stick the prepaid return label to the package.

5.Take your package to a Canada Post counter to ship your return.

Returns can be made directly to our workshop-boutique in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Items must be received within 10 days of purchase date. The refund will be made online and you will receive confirmation by email. Note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
