What makes Message Factory and Oöm Ethikwear garments different from other manufacturers?
Our clothes are produced in Canada by conviction. Over 75% of our fabrics are knitted and dyed locally. This guarantees that our clothes are good for your health and have not damaged the health of those who participated in the manufacturing process. Our products are 100% cut, printed, embroidered, and sewn in Quebec. Thus, we work closely with our suppliers to guarantee product quality, reduce our carbon footprint, and promote local jobs.
What do you suggest for garment care?
All our fabrics are of high quality and easy to care for. Wash in cold water on the regular cycle and dry flat. No dryer, no ironing!
How can I get your clothes?
You can buy directly online on this website or visit one of our many retailers. We also have a Message Factory / Oöm Ethikwear boutique at 228A rue Richelieu in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. To locate your nearest retailer click here.
I am not sure of my size. What should I do?
Please note that our size scale is larger than the European standards. We dress according to American size standards. If, despite the size chart you still doubt, do not hesitate to write to us. We will be happy to advise you. (INSERT LINK TO SIZE GUIDE)
What sizes do you offer?
Our size ranges from x-small to xx-large in our online store.
We also produce Message Factory specific models for women in plus size, which are offered by our partner Sportive Plus.
What are your delivery times?
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of ordering the items in stock, Monday through Friday. If your order is placed during the weekend or during public holidays, its processing will start the next business day. The delivery time is between 2 to 6 business days depending on the region and the shipping service. Please note that delays are longer for British Columbia (up to 10 days). If you need to receive your package for a specific time, contact us so that our team can make sure it is workable.
Do you offer a warranty?
We guarantee all products against manufacturing defects, without any reservation. If you are not satisfied with the shape, quality, color, or size of an item, you can return it free of charge for an identical item in another color or size.
What are the deadlines for making a return?
You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return an item that does not suit you, free of charge. Items on final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. To know our return policy, click here.
I want to make an exchange, how?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange for items purchased online. If you want a different size or color for a style, we encourage you to place a new order and return the other item.
If the item purchased is no longer available at the same price or was purchased using a promotional code, please contact our customer service by email at email@example.com or by phone at 450-895-1150.
I have not received the refund for my return?
It may take 5 to 10 business days before credit shows on your credit card statement. In doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.
How do I know when my order will be delivered?
You can follow the progress of your parcel online at www.postescanada.ca. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email with the confirmation of your order. If the tracking of your order indicates that it is delivered, but you still do not have it in your possession, contact us quickly so that a service ticket can be opened with Canada Post.
Can I use the promotional code obtained when subscribing to the newsletter at any time or combine it with another promotion?
The code obtained when subscribing to the newsletter is valid on goods at regular prices or on sale and has no expiration date. However, it excludes items from final sales that are already at the lowest price. It is not possible to combine two promotional codes on the same order. It is best to use the most advantageous one or one with an expiration date. The promotional code of the newsletter does not apply during certain specific promotions such as those on Black Friday and Boxing Day.
I forgot to enter my promotional code. What can I do?
There is no need to reorder. Email us, and we'll be happy to issue a refund for the value of the discount. It may take 5-10 business days before you see the refund on your credit card statement.
